Kampala- Hon. Justin Lumumba has officially been sworn in as Uganda’s Minister of Information, Communication and National Guidance. The swearing-in ceremony was attended by government officials, family members, and supporters.
In her remarks, Lumumba pledged to strengthen communication between the government and the public, while promoting transparency and access to information. Her appointment is part of the recent cabinet changes aimed at enhancing service delivery across government ministries.
