Dar es Salaam — Social media content creator Monalisa Rwechungura has called on creatives to register their brands as a way of protecting ownership and increasing the value of their work.
Speaking during a training session organized by CRDB Bank, she emphasized that brand registration helps prevent unauthorized use of content and provides legal grounds for compensation when rights are violated.
Rwechungura also highlighted the growing role of artificial intelligence in content creation, noting that while it can boost efficiency, it requires proper understanding to avoid misuse.
