Esther Nabaasa delivered a powerful performance at the premiere of Back to the Source: The Nile held at Mestil Hotel, where she also launched her new album Cry From The Valley. The album, a collaboration with Gen. Salim Saleh, serves as the soundtrack to the documentary film.The documentary follows Ambassador Judith “Juju” Nsababera on a personal journey of overcoming her fear of water while exploring Uganda’s scenic locations. Directed by Derrick Ssenyonyi and executive produced by Nsababera, the film aims to promote Uganda internationally through storytelling.The event also featured performances by Maddox Ssemanda Ssematimba and Kenneth Mugabi, making it a vibrant celebration of Ugandan music and film.
