Hajjat Minsa Sworn In as Minister for Kampala Metropolitan Affairs

Kampala, Uganda – Hajjat Minsa Kabanda has officially been sworn in as the Minister for Kampala Capital City and Metropolitan Affairs, marking the beginning of her tenure in overseeing the development and administration of the greater Kampala metropolitan area.
During the swearing-in ceremony, Hajjat Minsa took the oath of office and pledged to serve the people diligently while promoting effective governance, service delivery, and urban development within the capital city.
Government officials and invited guests attended the event, expressing confidence in her ability to advance Kampala’s growth and address key challenges facing the city and surrounding metropolitan areas.
