She explained that their business relationship reflects shared economic interests, not political alignment.The revelation has sparked debate online, with some questioning Mafabi’s position as an opposition figure. However, others argue that personal business ties do not necessarily influence political beliefs.Meanwhile, the VAT Amendment Bill proposes reforms aimed at improving tax administration, easing compliance, and supporting key sectors including small businesses, tourism, and digital services.
